    If you are willing to work with recent High School & College Graduates to preview their skills through an internship program. Then you would want to utilize our “Job Hopper” Program.

  • We will write the job description for the position you want to fill.

    We post the job opening on Indeed under Birddog & assign you as an admin of that job posting.

    We will walk you through how to vet & reject applicants to optimize the Indeed Algorithm to maximize quality applicants .

    We will monitor the applicants and provide feedback throughout the listing to insure you are not getting overcharged by indeed & applicant are local to your area.

  • We offer several different services that range in price.

    • Contingency Recruitment Contract

      • 20% 1st years estimated salary (6 month performance guarantee)

    • Internship Consulting, Design & Implementation

      • Cost Varies by Geographic Region & Number of Interns

    • Indeed Optimization

      • $500 Setup Fee

      • Client Covers Indeed Costs

      • $500-$1,500 Placement/Recruitment Fee (cost varies by experience required for position)

      • $500 Fee after new employee is 30 days on job

  • We pro-rate back the fee if any placement quits before the 6 month guarantee for all “Contingency Contracts.”

  • Gap Year is designed to provide a mechanically inclined non-college bound individual an opportunity to see careers in Agriculture, Industrial Arts, Transportation, & Production.

    We pair individuals with 4 companies within those 4 industries that are willing to provide a 12 week paid internship.

    Internships must meet the Birddog’s Qualifications and potentially lead to full time employment.

    Companies have to opportunity to hire an individual during after the internship, or they can provide an offer at the end of the individuals Real Career Experiences.
